Data collected

We collect email address, name (optional for contact forms), message content and CRA Checker answers. Data is collected exclusively on the basis of explicit consent.

Purpose

Sending the requested report or resource and at most one follow-up message related to our compliance services.

Legal basis

The data subject's consent — Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing contact@urielconsult.ro.

Retention period

Data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of collection or until consent is withdrawn, whichever occurs first.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. To exercise your rights or withdraw consent, write to contact@urielconsult.ro.

Third-party transfers

Data is not transferred to third parties, except to email processors (Resend Inc.) and the hosting provider, both operating in compliance with GDPR.
